An introduction to the basic rules of 3x3 basketball and the competition format of "3x3UNITED," the league MIE SHINOBI GATHERS competes in.
3x3 is a three-a-side (plus one substitute) form of basketball played on a half court. FIBA, the International Basketball Federation, formalized its rules in 2007, and it became an official Olympic event starting at the 2021 Tokyo Olympics. Compared to traditional 5-on-5 basketball, its compact court and short game length make for fast, dynamic play.
MIE SHINOBI GATHERS competes in "3x3UNITED," a JBA (Japan Basketball Association)-certified professional 3x3 league operated by the general incorporated association 3x3UNITED.
